go. This wheelchair / scooter cape has a simple hood, no sleeves and Velcro at the
neck. Suits wheelchair and powerchair users. In 4 oz water resistant nylon.
Note this is a modified poncho (unsleeved) The sleeved appearance comes
only from a couple of Velcro tabs.For a fully sleeved garment see the

Modified to shorten at the back and lengthen at the front over the knees.
