If you need any technical help with our website, or get an error message when you try to buy something, please get in touch with Daniel, our web developer. You can email him on daniel@activemobility.co.uk - he is usually able to reply within an hour during the day.

• If you are having problems logging into your existing account, you can reset your password by email using this page.
   
• If you are getting an error message while placing an order, you could try one of our other ordering methods - see this page for all of the alternatives. If your credit/debit card isn't accepted online, choose the 'Pay by cheque' option at the checkout, and then leave a note in the 'optional message' box that you'd like us to call you to process your card payment over the phone.

If you have a serious technical problem with the website, you can call Daniel on 01895 674402 - but please phone only if you already emailed and haven't had a response - he genuinely does respond to virtually all emails within a few minutes during working hours.

Please do not call Daniel if you have questions about specific products, need buying advice, or to request a product demonstration or catalogue. Daniel is just our web developer and database expert and works from a different office: he does not have the product knowledge and experience of the staff in our main office.
