Waterproof cape suitable for chairs or scooters. This is a simple poncho style cape and a carer can slip this easily over the head of a friend or relative that is not too happy about a more complicated sleeved garment. No zips with these, these sleeved look is created by a couple of velcro tabs that prevent the cape from riding up in the wind.
