Printable VAT Declaration form
If you have placed a telephone order and need to sign a VAT Declaration form to qualify for VAT Exemption, please use this form. You can print it out from your computer, fill it out with a pen, and then post or fax it to us.
If you don't have a printer at home, please let us know - we can send you a printed copy of either of these forms. Call us on 01642 805050 and we'll put a copy in the post for you.
