The object of the Springer is to take the discomfort out of using
a walking stick. When using conventional walking aids, the ferrule
remains firmly on the ground creating an initial shock up the shaft of
the walking stick and putting stress on wrists, elbows, shoulders &
back. The Springer takes care of this by cushioning the impact. It also
revolves 360º so when making a turn it is no longer necessary to lift
the stick; the user just walks around it. This provides full support at
all times, increasing confidence. Colour is brown with a wooden handle. Walking
stick is height adjustable from 850mm (33 1/2") to 1075mm (42 1/4")
