This wheelchair clothing cape is secured at wrist level with two small tabs of Velcro to stop the cape from riding up in the wind and has a simple hood and Velcro fastening at the neck. This matches well with the Cuckoo Cover and both are very easy to put on, particularly if the user is unhappy to have sleeved garments put on.
Available in 4 oz water resistant PU nylon.
