Ordering Information

Our website has an easy to use and secure shopping basket system which makes it simple for you to order online.  Once you have selected the items you’d like to order, you can choose to pay online with your Credit / Debit Card, Cheque / Postal Order, BACS or PayPal.

If you prefer to order offline, you can place your order by telephone, fax or post – please see the details below.

If you are ordering from a company, a nursing home or an NHS institution, we can accept an Official Order and send you an invoice.

 
  • To order by fax
    Faxed orders can be sent to 01642 808487.  If you are claiming VAT exemption on your order (as a disabled person, on behalf of a disabled person or on behalf of a charity), please be sure to complete the VAT Declaration part of our printable order form.  We also accept faxed orders sent on your official order form.
     
  • To order by telephone
    Speak personally to one of our sales team on 01642 805050.  We are open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm - Saturday 10.00am-4.00pm.  If you’d like us to give you a call, please drop us an email to enq@activemobility.co.uk and let us know a good time to call.  If you are claiming VAT exemption we need you to complete our VAT Declaration form before we can process your order.
     
  • To order by post
    Please complete this order form or print off the details from the website, and post together with your cheque or postal order made payable to "Active Mobility Centre Ltd" to Active Mobility Centre Ltd, 174 Belasis Avenue, Billingham, Cleveland, TS23 1EY.  If you are claiming VAT exemption you must complete the declaration part of the form.

 

Payment Options

Most of the orders placed on our website are paid by credit or debit card, but we can also accept payment by cheque/postal order, PayPal or bank transfer.

If you’d like to pay by cheque/postal order. pay pal or bank transfer (using telephone or internet banking), just select your items and add them to your basket on the website as normal, and then when you get to the “Payment Options” page, simply select your chosen payment method:

 

Paying by cheque/postal order


If you choose to pay by cheque, your order will be recorded by our website and then you can post a cheque to us with a note giving your name and order number.  We’ll process your order when your cheque clears, and send your products out as soon as we can.

Print a copy of your order from the website, or if you prefer to fill out a paper form, you can use the printable order form. Make your cheque/postal order payable to “Active Mobility Centre Ltd” and post it to 174 Belasis Avenue, Billingham, Cleveland, TS23 1EY.


Paying by bank transfer


If you choose to pay by bank transfer using your bank’s telephone or internet banking, you can enter either your name or order number as the ‘reference’ line when making your transfer.  We check our account daily so we’ll be able to process your order as soon as your transfer arrives – and if you bank with National Westminster, that’s usually the same day (otherwise it can be two working days). Please note that you the customer will be responsible for any bank charges incurred when using this payment method.

Paying by pay pal

If you would like to pay by pay pal you will be able to do this by clicking on the Paypal button at the checkout.

When you click on this button you will be transferred to a page where you can log into your pay pal account or create a pay pal account. Once logged in simply make your payment as instructed.
