Found this product to be excellent value for money and does the job intended, however we did find that the instructions to strap it to the bed were a little difficult to understand. however with no disrespect to yourselves (your information was downstairs, I was upstairs with the instructions) I rang the manufacturer and they very kindly helped me, other than that we have no complaints, and commend you on your speedy response and delivery and will be our first port of call if ever we need anything else. regards Patricia Burdon

I have had five back surgeries and it was extremely difficult to lie in bed and watch TV or read. This adjustable backrest solves everything. It is perfect. My sister and brother-in-law were so impressed with it that they too ordered one for each of them. It\'s perfect for reading in bed as the backrest is adjustable. Fits every individual. I would highly recommend this.

Although I have not used the walking stick stool yet it is exactly what I wanted. The adjustable height is perfect as I am reasonably tall and I feel very safe when sitting down. I believe I may be buying one for my husband soon!! Linda E

Very handy key as had to use it on recent journey to parents in Scotland. Saves having to ask woman in shop to borrow theirs. Love the rubber key end & the Braille...good idea!

This is a great tri walker, it is very well built and very sturdy. I bought this for my wife, who very pleased with it. There are cheaper options on the market, but I am a firm believer you get what you pay for. I think it is good value for the money. I would recommend.
