With regard to service, fast and efficient delivery, only criticique would be the lack of communication when compared with the likes of Amazon. Very easy to buy without paying VAT. The product itself seems to be well designed and works well. I do not use the cushion myself.

I finally wake up after a good nights sleep without backache. This overlay gives excellent support without over pressurising. I don't believe I could have made a better choice.

Ordered these for my elderly mum who has dementia. There easy to put on/get off and comfy on her swollen feet. As usual Active Mobility processed the order speedily and it arrived within a few days. Many thanks.

This is the best price for this product I have seen and sent very rapidly. After ordering I phoned (on a Sunday) to check something and was called back immediately. This is my second Puttnam (Royal size) pillow (single pillow height for side sleepers) and I thoroughly recommend it. They take some getting used to however, and at first, I tended to alternate between this and a regular feather pillow, but eventually, I recognised that my neck wasn't aligned well with the regular pillow and the Puttnam pillow took over, Now I use nothing else and take it with me when I travel. I prefer the memory foam version (the regular foam is not supportive enough). I just placed another order with this company as I was impressed by their performance with the first!

Its slightly different from the previous one we had and I miss the central handle on the back, not as easy to pull back when lowering into the chair. But still a superb item.

My parents now have one each of these, the walker is lightweight stable and easy to load into the car which is really important to to me. The seat and bag are really useful and give independence with a chance to rest if out shopping etc
