Description:

Swan Neck Walking Stick

This swan neck walking stick is a clever thing – it has an angled shaft that transfers your weight straight down the shaft to the rubber ferrule. Sticks with the more traditional straight neck mean your weight on the grip is towards the back of the shaft.

This can lead to the stick slipping forwards if the ferrule is not angled backwards during walking. However, the swan neck is ideal for you if you are unstable on your feet, and place a lot of weight on your stick.

Specifications
  • Max User Weight: 125Kgs (19 1/2st)
  • Height Adjustment: 74cm (29") – 99cm (39")
  • Ferrule: 19mm (3/4")

Note: This walking stick comes with a standard ferrule but a Flexyfoot ferrule is also available.

The Flexyfoot ferrule is a direct replacement for your old brass or rubber ferrule and brings many additional benefits. These include absorbing the shock of impact from constantly placing the stick into contact with the ground (thereby reducing stress on your wrists and arms), offering superior grip on slippery surfaces and increasing your range of movement. Replacements tips are also available.
